Penny is an independent MHFA England accredited instructor who is engaging, confident, and passionate about supporting mental wellbeing in the workplace.She works with organisations that understand the value of looking after their staff’s mental health—not just for the people themselves, but because it boosts business performance and helps teams work more effectively.
With experience as a stockbroker in London’s financial markets, Penny knows firsthand the pressures of high-stress work environments. She also has a broad business background across finance, construction, education, and housing.
Penny has delivered mental health training to a wide range of organisations—big and small—including housing associations, blue-chip companies, construction firms, independent consultants, HR teams, universities, care providers, estate agents, SMEs, and micro-businesses.
For Penny, training isn’t just about teaching—it’s about learning together, sharing experiences, and making the process enjoyable, even when tackling serious and emotive topics.

We deliver a range of MHFA England Adult Mental Health First Aid courses, including MHFAider, Champion, Aware, Refresher and Mental Health Skills for Managers courses. All our instructors are independent MHFA England accredited members, approved to deliver these courses with confidence and expertise.
Our open courses are mainly held in Chester and the North-West, and you can check each course page for dates and direct booking.
