Who is it for?

This course is ideal for anyone who wants to build more awareness around mental health in the workplace. If you’d like to be able to spot early signs of common mental health issues—and learn how to support both your own wellbeing and the wellbeing of others—this is a great place to start.

What will you learn?

The course is a mix of presentations, group discussions, and practical workshop activities. By the end, you’ll have:

· A solid understanding of common mental health conditions

· The confidence to speak up for better mental health awareness

· The ability to recognise when someone may be struggling

· Practical skills to support positive wellbeing—for yourself and others

After completing the course, you’ll receive a Mental Health First Aid Champion certificate from MHFA England.
